Series of Records: Highlights from India vs England 2025 Test Series

India stunned England with a six-run win in the final Test of the five-match series at The Oval to level the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy 2-2. It was one of the closest finishes in recent Test history and a game that swung right till the end.

England began the last day needing just 35 runs with four wickets in hand. Mohammed Siraj got Jamie Smith and Jamie Overton early, and suddenly India were on top.

Prasidh Krishna then sent back Josh Tongue before Siraj returned to bowl Gus Atkinson and finish with five wickets. That last strike sealed a famous win for India and one of their most memorable away victories.
