Meanwhile, India’s veteran Test batter Cheteshwar Pujara believes that adapting to the English conditions as quickly as possible will be the key for the Indian team to taste success, and he stressed that being disciplined, having support, and patience for each other is important to thrive on an overseas tour.
"India's team to England must adapt quickly and play according to the conditions. As someone who understands batting in English conditions and team dynamics, I believe discipline, patience, and support for each other are crucial. Every player will need to contribute and respect the challenges that lie ahead. I am sure this tour will be a great opportunity for the growth and success of each player and the team as a whole," Pujara told Sony Sports, the official broadcaster.

Ashish Nehra Backs India’s Ability to Adjust
Former left-arm seamer Ashish Nehra, who was also part of the broadcasting team, highlighted that adaptation is key to success, and Nehra believes the new India team is capable of doing just that.
"To me, an England tour is always challenging, but it's great fun as well. Adapting to the conditions will be the key, and I am sure our players are capable of doing that."
